With this in mind, we want to reassure you that security and compliance are central to how we operate.

When the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) published its new “Cyber Action Toolkit” — designed to help smaller organisations strengthen their defences — it reinforced the message that every setting must take cyber resilience seriously.
As a local nursery, we have taken this message to heart:

• We regularly review our digital and physical security systems.
   
• We adopt best practice in data protection, staff training and secure access controls.
   
• We continuously monitor and update our IT infrastructure to stay resilient against evolving threats.
   
• We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), ensuring that our data-handling and privacy practices meet national regulatory standards.
   
• We are proud to be a core member of the Cyber Resilience Centre for Wales (WCRC), giving us access to best practice guidance and the latest cyber awareness updates through their partnerships with Welsh organisations, universities, and the police.
